By initialing below, I agree that I have read the program information and understand and accept the conditions under which these programs will be conducted, particularly those which apply to the program cost, and refund policy. I understand that the program cost includes administrative expenses, and do hereby release Hong Kong Language Training Center, their agents, employees or representatives from all actions suits, claims, or liability for damages arising out of my participation in the program. I confirm that I have also read the "Notice of Understanding Between Participant and HKLTC". . I also confirm that I have read the Registration Instructions as well.

I have read all the HKLTC materials: program information, registration form, cancellation policy, the letters I've received, and the extra information received from HKLTC. I have read both the HKLTC website and the printed materials. I understand and accept the conditions under which these programs will be conducted, particularly those which apply to the school courses, cancellation policy, and program cost.

I also understand that the HKLTC program fee includes administrative expenses and do hereby release HKLTC, their agents, employees or representatives from all actions, suits, claims, or liability for damages arising out of my participation in the program. In addition, I understand that I am traveling to a foreign country and will be expected to adapt to a different culture and ways of doing things and I realize I should not expect things to be exactly as I imagine them to be. I understand that I am participating in this program at my own risk.

In addition, I understand it is my responsibility to arrange all travel details to my destination and obtain adequate insurance that applies overseas, to have a valid passport, to obtain a Visa if needed, to arrive at the school before the starting date, and to read about (study) the country and culture of the final destination. I also understand that I am to pay for my housing directly.

Also, I realize I am traveling independently, and am responsible for all my actions in the destination country and in all countries enroute. I am responsible for knowing about and obeying the laws of the country, knowing about any travel warnings, natural disasters, political unrest, and adapting to cultural differences, and HKLTC is not responsible for my actions (behavior).

By participating in this program, I understand that I am taking my own risks with regard to traveling and being in my destination country and all those enroute, and not to hold HKLTC, its agents, employees or representatives liable for any damages or losses arising from my participation in the program.
